Emergency care

Our on-site nurses will take your calls outside of normal working hours. They can provide help and advice in the first instance and will call the duty vet if there is any problem, 24 hours a day.

In the event of your pet needing to be seen it will be at the usual Bicester surgery. All of the usual facilities will be available for rapid and comprehensive treatment.

The duty nurses are available to monitor and attend to any pet that has to stay in the hospital.
